Our Training Studio Is Now Virtual!

Whether you're hoping to improve your cycling performance or you're looking for a fun group to keep you motivated to ride, we would be excited to have you join our virtual training!

We ride together virtually using Zwift and the Discord audio app. Smart trainers are helpful but not required. As long as you have a power meter or a cadence and speed sensor, we'll be able to get you set up on Zwift. Regardless of speed and power output, the group will automatically stick together on the Zwift course!

Class Types:

Interval Training: Our interval sessions are designed to help you ride faster and feel stronger on your bike! Sessions are tailored to each individual's current fitness levels and goals. The sessions progress throughout the year, however, our format allows you to join at any time without being left behind.

Endurance Rides: Our endurance rides will get you ready to crush your upcoming long rides and events! We ride a variety of course profiles and focus on pacing strategies, nutrition, pedaling mechanics, and position on the bike in addition to improving fitness. Plus, it's much more fun to ride for two hours with a group!

Schedule

Tuesdays: Interval Training from 7:00-8:00am & 6:35-7:35pm

Thursdays: Interval Training from 7:00-8:00am & 6:35-7:35pm

Saturdays: Endurance Group Ride with Intervals from 10:05-11:35am

Sundays: Endurance Group Ride from 9:35-11:35am

Pricing

Weekly Memberships: $40 per week

Drop In: $15 per class
